I think that the subject matter and the content of this course have been really fascinating as well as interesting to consider and utilize or apply in the future. I think that I would like to take away the skill of being empathetic and developing or possessing emotional intelligence with me in real-world situations. This is because change leaders as well as established leaders will always have to be empathetic and empathize with every situation in which the subordinate employees might be in an organization. I will also ensure that I empathize and use my acquired emotional intelligence to peacefully and efficiently work with my subordinate employees in my future organizations.
